El único problema es al llegar los de sabritas y demás empresas que depositan ahí, ya que quitan el tiempo a los empleados de ahí y ralentizan que uno salga pronto ya que hasta en cajas se quedan platicando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su área del banco es súper tardada, luego aunque tengan el personal ahí disponible, tienen la ventanilla cerrada, hasta parece oxxo, y algunas de las chicas de atención en los escritorios, prefieren perder el tiempo con su teléfono en vez de ayudar a solucionar los inconvenientes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 40 min. esperando en la fila, para que al final una cajera mal encarada, sin nada de tacto y prepotente, me dijera que si traía el celular, tenía que guardarlo; por lo que ya no pude hacer un deposito, pues evidentemente era en mi teléfono donde tenía los datos. Entiendo que el uso del móvil no está permitido, pero me era urgente hacer esa operación y al andar en la calle, se me imposibilitó transcribir los datos en papel. Además de que podrían ser más amables a la hora de decirte las cosas.
Nunca voy a Banco azteca, pero cuando lo hago, el trato, por lo menos de los cajeros, deja mucho que desear. Debido a eso y a los testimonios de otras personas, mi última opción para abrir una cuenta o comprar algo a crédito, serían banco azteca y elektra.

I never go to Banco Azteca, but when I do, the treatment, at least from the ATMs, leaves much to be desired. Due to that and the testimonies of other people, my last option to open an account or buy something on credit, would be Banco Azteca and Elektra.

Pero como siempre, el punto débil es el área de ventanillas, ya que de 5, solamente se encuentran abiertas 2..
Y si de por sí, ya es complicado hacer algún trámite en la sucursal, con ése número tan reducido de ventanillas abiertas, pues, es muy molesto para el usuario estar de 10 a 15 minutos formando esperando para que te atiendan..
