★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui hacer un depósito, ni tarde 10 minutos y me robaron en paquetería , estaba una persona encargada en la entrada y ni siquiera se dieron cuenta. Al final platiqué con gerencia y lo único que me dijeron que las cámaras no servían y que no podían hacer nada. Todos son cómplices de rateros ( la gerente se llama Kenia Gutiérrez) tengan mucho cuidado, no tienen protocolos de seguridad en paquetería por eso es fácil de robar a sus clientes y al final gerencia ni tiene la facultad de ese puesto.
Terrible service, I went to make a deposit, it didn't take 10 minutes and they stole my parcel, there was a person in charge at the entrance and they didn't even notice. In the end I talked to management and the only thing they told me was that the cameras were useless and that they couldn't do anything. They are all accomplices of thieves (the manager's name is Kenia Gutiérrez) be very careful, they do not have security protocols in parcels so it is easy to steal from their customers and in the end management does not even have the power of that position.
