I am in Elektra weekly for different reasons. Today was a come-clean moment. Two days ago l purchased a phone with cash and as l was leaving didn't remember seeing a receipt. I asked about it and was told they don't provide one any longer. Everything needed is documented on your personal account. They escorted me out which sent up even more red flags. Phone and all features worked fine. I got it set up, turned off and went to bed. When l turned it on in the AM it had a PUK lock I stalled and wouldn't open without a security code l called their customer service who asked for the purchase receipt number to locate the transaction. Nothing, no sales even with my name, phone number, email address, Elektra account. They couldn't help me so it was back to the scene of the crime to get some answers. Everyone is with that sale had nothing to do with it. I would have to purchase a phone in order to replace this one. I told them they will either get the PUK code or give me a different phone of equal value or l was calling the police. After more than an hour l was given the phone, now operable. Be careful.

Hurricane Nora flooded this place August 28th and as of November 18, 2021, the ATM is still closed.

Good service but unfortunately as almost usually, there was over 20 people in line and only 2 customer representatives.
