Stayed at Elements Tulum for one week and had a great stay overall. Prices are incredible for the property ambiance and location, highly recommend if you're looking to be right in the middle of everything. We were able to ride a bike (provided by the hotel) to the ruins and beach, catch a cab right outside for around 200-300 pesos to the further locations, and could walk all through town in minutes. The staff was always very attentive and friendly throughout the visit. There's also a money exchange and car rental right around the corner to cover all your travel needs. The only downsides to this location were; the water does get shut-off some nights to conserve *it's actually good for the environment* (was usually 12p-7a) but asking the front desk it gets turned back on promptly. Additionally, the breakfast is basic somewhat westernized but they do make it fresh at your order. Finally, there is currently construction across the street so sometimes during the day (after 10a-5p) it can get noisy but honestly, you're in Tulum if you're sitting in the hotel in the afternoon, you're wasting your vacation. Highly recommend for those that like to be off the beach and enjoying all that Tulum has to offer!

I was grossed out by our room because the bed had a few hairs in it and sand! The front desk doesn’t acknowledge you unless you say something to them first. The towels are frayed and old looking which is weird for a newer hotel. Bathroom already showing wear & tear. The room smelled like an asylum.

Hotel was beautiful, but our sheets where dirty ! Pillows cases had stains on them not only did we notify the girl at the front desk she did nothing about it . Upon checking out they then tried to charge us for the pillow case. Other then that place was beautiful

Having a great home made breakfast every morning is excellent! I however am disappointed in the guests not tipping! Please give these staff members a little something for their hard work! Everything was clean, comfortable, staff was beyond amazing and attentive.

Elements boutique hotel I typically don’t write much about hotels. This one surpassed all my expectations. Spacious room, beautiful atrium, cozy quite space, all natural amenities and they don’t use chemicals to clean the room. Truly bringing natural Elements right at your door. As soon as we opened the entrance, we were greeted with vines right in front of our faces. What a surprise! The only cons is the linen is too startchy and they need to replace those old bath towels( they were all frayed and felt rough on your skin). The room insulation is not well done. When people go on the stairs, closing their doors, talking in the atrium in the middle of night… we could hear them all. So expect to hear noises.

Elements Tulum went above and beyond during our stay. Our timings of check in were a little earlier and check out were a little later than their set times but they made all possible accommodations for us. Also our room was extremely spacious and clean. Such a convenient location in the town of Tulum. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is nice, but it looks better on pictures. It’s a bit overpriced for what they offer. There’s a parking in front of the hotel. which can fit a couple of vehicles, but people park their bikes and scooters there the way they want, so when you have a car sometimes it’s hard to fit in. Also the parking spaces are made weirdly and half of our car was out on the street and got scratched at night. Also one day during cleaning they exchanged one towel, but did not exchange the second one, which was hanging next to it, which was weird. The stuff was not also speaking English well, which sometimes felt like there’s miscommunication between us.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Location is also very good. Hotel is close to the beach, which is easily accessible by bicycle. Restaurants and the Pueblo district is also within easy walking distance. Rooms looked like photos online. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was large, andeverything was clean. Breakfast was good as well. Had to ask for regular bath towels, since room service forgot to restock them on several occasions.
