I have had a WONDERFUL experience with ELITE, they gave me unparalleled attention :) I had never known a boutique where they would put a real smile on my face. They gave me a beautiful confidence from the first moment, I got the ideal dresses for my bridesmaids, the quality is perfect, they have beautiful dresses for all occasions and sizes for any type of body, as well as quite accessible prices. Follow them I swear that they will end very happy and proud of all their work and their kind person :) Just like me.

I made my order more than 2 months in advance and they never gave us follow-up on the order, total that 3 weeks before the event that I had they leave me with that my dress did not arrive and was not going to arrive. Their customer service is terrible, their order tracking is terrible, and the dress models are very good, but it is useless if they are not delivered. little seriousness and unprofessionalism. I do not recommend it.

On Saturday I asked via IG if I could visit the store without an appointment, since I live in the city of Gdl, they very kindly told me that there was no problem, I woke up early to go to Celaya, I arrived on Sunday at approximately 13 hours with my two sisters, with my boyfriend and my brother-in-law, it should be clarified that the 3 of us were going to buy dresses, we went in, we were looking at their models and a lady approached us, I don't know her name and she tells me that the kids have to leave , because she is a companion per client, for me, in my logic, each one of us was a client and there was no problem that they were there, I explained to them what I understood by a client, and she told me that in the same way they have to come out because they are men and they bother the clients who are measuring themselves, clearly I totally understand, what bothers me is that inside there were 5 men of approximately 40 years old, they may have been fathers or husbands of the clients but just like ue them, the gentlemen bothered me. After my complaint about the situation, our couples left, so that there would be no problems, I still very kindly told the Mrs. what I was looking for and she replied with a simple "you can see your size from here to there (pointing to some dresses) you don't have any others from the store", even so I patiently told him that I liked one from the window and he told me that one only fits someone in size 3. At that moment I said thank you and left the store.

Well, I have to say that I went on 04/30/2022. The attention was focused on two girls who accompanied me, at the entrance they tell us that attention is only by appointment, which they do not inform on their page or by message, if they answer you. We talked to people who were outside the store waiting for their turn since they had gone to the store to make their appointment, even so they mentioned the terrible attention, since two of their dresses had not arrived. We spoke with the "manager" who nonchalantly told us that we simply were not going to enter, to which we went on to explain that we were from far away and could not go easily, to which she responded in the same way. Inside the store a girl listened and came over to tell us that the capacity was not saturated that only girls with a companion could enter, we agreed since it was what we wanted, once inside the store they did not show us any dress because "it was not for the body type of none" after asking about three dresses they told us that they could no longer show more due to health issues, this being that none were tried on. So fine, I was outside the store for about 20 minutes, they treated us terrible except for the girl who was able to get us in and I was inside for about 10 minutes and it didn't help at all. They attended me quickly, efficiently and subtly so that I left quickly and it was of no use to me since we could not evaluate or compare any dress, it was unfortunate that my experience was like that, they looked good, let's hope they improve their attention.
