★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tour I have taken in Mexico, EVER! Great change of pace from the resort and resort-sold tours. Guides are awesome and experience is authentic! It was a safe and very comfortable tour. If you are an active person on vacation in the Cancun area, a tour with these guys should be on your to-do list. So much fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of writing this review, the store hasn't been quite completely stoked, so I am being positive and provisionally giving it four stars.
The site is beautiful and very spacious: absolutely no complaints there. My complaint is that, whoever is sorting out the merchandise, doesn't seem to have ever visited a supermarket since the 1940's. How else do you explain that, rather than having a section for all the lamps & lights, I found lights and lamps throughout the store?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bike shop has an outstanding service! Before getting into the US 9 months ago, we had to spend 2 weeks in Mexico (covid regulations). The shop agreed to store our bikes for the full 2 weeks for free, which helped us out a lot! Now we got back to Cancun after cycling 9 months, and they fully serviced and deep cleaned our bikes. They look and feel like new. We had them box our bikes for the flight to Peru too. They used a lot of protection. They brought us and our boxes for free to the ADO terminal from their store. Can’t recommend them enough!
