★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a ponerme gelish y me lo dejaron horrible, estaba como arrugado y no me duro ni tres días además de que tuve que esperar como 45 min para que me atendieran aunque había llamado por teléfono antes para hacer cita
 I went to get gelish and they left it awful, it was like wrinkled and it didn't take me even three days, besides I had to wait about 45 minutes to be treated even though I had called on the phone before to make an appointment

Siempre que me arreglo las uñas aquí, la gente me pregunta que dónde me ponen el gellish.
Lo único malo es que siempre está lleno y no respetan las citas. Te pueden tener esperando hasta media hora más.

The only bad thing is that it's always full and they don't honor appointments. They can keep you waiting up to half an hour more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, agendé una cita a las 6:00 pm, llegue 5 minutos antes, depues llegaron otras dos clientas y mientras me retiraron el gelish que ya traía puesto, después de esto estuve 1 hra 40 min (no exagero, eso esperé tal cual) esperando a que me pusieran acrílico, posteriormente pasaron a las otras dos clientas antes que yo y al final me tuve que ir de éste lugar. De verdad si no tienen la capacidad de recibir mas clientes no lo hagan, no dan ganas de ir a perder el tiempo por que no se organizan.
Bad service, I scheduled an appointment at 6:00 p.m., I arrived 5 minutes before, after two other clients arrived and while they removed the gelish I was wearing, after this I was 1 h 40 min. (I'm not exaggerating, I waited just as ) waiting for me to put on acrylic, later on they went to the other two clients before me and in the end I had to leave this place. Really, if they do not have the capacity to receive more clients, they do not want to go to waste their time because they do not organize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio; nunca respetan el horario de las citas y como mínimo tienes que esperar 40 minutos; se comparten los materiales como limas y demás sin antes limpiarlos y no es correcto que los pasen de una clienta a otra por tema de higiene; el trabajo que realizan es bueno pero no tienen respeto por el tiempo de los demás y ni se diga cuando se trata de una clienta nueva, te tienen esperando más tiempo porque cada chava de las que atiende ya tiene sus propias clientas y claro que les dan preferencia.
Terrible service; they never respect the appointment schedule and at least you have to wait 40 minutes; Materials are shared as files and others without first cleaning them and it is not correct that they are passed from one client to another for hygiene purposes; the work they do is good but they have no respect for the time of others and not to mention when it comes to a new client, they have you waiting for more time because each girl you attend already has their own clients and of course they give them preference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las uñas las ponen bien, son chicas amables, el problema es que son MUY IMPUNTUALES, haces cita y siempre me pasan 40 minutos después... Un insulto. Tu tienes que esperarlas y la otra vez con una clienta que llegó tarde 15 minutos por tráfico no la quisieron atender... Y ella ahí les dijo que siempre las espera 40 minutos y ellas no le pudieron dar 15 de tolerancia...

Confirmo sobre su impuntualidad y añado que el servicio deja mucho que desear, llegue a tiempo a mi cita y me sentí completamente ignorada al llegar. Me senté a esperar que me atendieran y pasaron 15mins y nada, ya cuando pregunté en cuanto tiempo me podrían atender me dijeron que en 20mins mas.. ojalá uda no pierdan su tiempo como yo lo perdi

I confirm their lateness and add that the service leaves much to be desired, I was on time for my appointment and I felt completely ignored when I arrived. I sat down to wait for them to attend to me and 15 minutes passed and nothing, and when I asked how long they could attend to me they told me that in 20 minutes more .. I hope you don't waste your time as I lost it

Very bad service they attended me in an hour and a half I had to wait for another girl's nails to finish having my appointment they made me wait when doing the work they stung me with scissors even though they do a good job their service is terrible
