Wonderful hotel, we chose a room with a mini pool. This hotel has access to the beach where is calm enough to swim. The hotel has two pools one for adults with a bar. Two restaurants that open at different times. About a 5min drive into the town. Staffing is friendly and rooms are spectacular.

This place can be as laid back or exciting you want it to be. Prices are good ?

We exchanged our timeshare here for a 1BR condo for a week and were so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this property is! Our 1BR has a full kitchenette, living room with pullout bed, master bedroom. The bathroom has an indoor sink/mirror, separate room with the toilet, and the shower is open air (with privacy, of course) out on the balcony next to your personal swimming pool! The balcony is spacious, has 2 lounge chairs and a table, and has a separate outdoor dining table and chairs. The accommodations far exceeded our expectations! The property is beautiful and the amenities are first-rate. Both restaurants serve delicious food for a reasonable price, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. I am absolutely coming back here!

Staff was excellent! Loved all our waiters in the restaurant, especially Ernesto and Fortunato! Our room was superb! Clean, comfy! Front desk was very helpful! Loved every moment! Massage was superb!!

Good place to atay We book two of their family rooms last minute and they were accommodation unfortunately didn't included breakfast and I had to pay for extra Coffe and ask for couple of things, we check in late like 11pm and we ask if we could check out a couple of hours late so they gave us 1hour. But we couldnt use their pool, oh well we will try to served early next time.

One of the best hotels that I've been to. I have had the privilege of traveling a lot and this place is on par at the top for me. Not all inclusive style which is a good thing. The personal attention from staff is some of the best that I've ever seen. They don't let you do anything . They get to know you as friends. Luiz Miguel David and so many more were simply the best. The architecture was stunning. The building itself is on the top of a hill. It is a decent walk to the beach however they have a golf cart service that was very quick. The rooms themselves are incredible. They are spacious and wide open and even have a mini pool to chill in after a day at the beach. Their Pool was nice but we usually stay at the beach! We had their lunch every day . Their lunch menu is simple but delicious . My wife and I drank a fair amount so along with lunch every day our total bill was about 150 Canadian per person. For the week. The fact that you didn't have to break the bank to get a cocktail literally kept as happy every day from 11am to 5pm. Their hotel is on the best beach in the area Playa Ropa which doesn't hurt. For dinner we went elsewhere to explore the area which is very nice and rich in Options. Excellent service, excellent accomodations, excellent staff, excellent beach and pool area. my favorite vacation spot. 2 things that can be an issue however: there are condos being built next door that are unsightly and occasionally noisy, never at night though. Also, the hotel is built on a hill so there can be quite a few stairs. They do offer a golf cart service and I have seen a few limited mobility guests so you can easily work around this.

This is the most beautiful hotel! Our room was beautiful and we had so much fun, everything is so clean and the staff was amazing! I can’t say enough great things about you the staff. I miss Zihua so much after we left and even tho I like to try new hotels, I would love to come back to this resort when we visit again. If I could leave more stars I would. There is tons of stairs but once you get to where you’re going, it makes it that much more worth it.
