I’m from new york and none of the kosher restaurants there are as good as Ember. If you’ve been to any kosher restaurant in New York you’d know they lack good service. The Ember has some of the best service I’ve come across. Pedro is the best! Try the ember tacos, schnitzel and churros!

It made our vacation so enjoyable and easy to know we had a great local kosher restaurant with high end delicious food. Rafael and Raul were so accommodating with requests and made ordering so easy. I am gluten free and they went above and beyond to make sure Everything was safe for me to eat. They were attentive and helpful! The food was fantastic - beautifully plated and very tasty as well. Their menu has variety and we came back for a few nights so we got to try multiple dishes. Thank you ember and staff for making our trip so amazing!!

The waiters were a bit inattentive and the main dish took far too long to come. To get to the restroom, you have to walk across the complex which is very odd, considering that they have a restroom in the restaurant but that’s used for employees. But overall, a pretty decent experience.

He brought our food in a timely manner and in order from appetizers to dessert. The food was absolutely fabulous! Anyone in Cancun, I truly recommend this place!! Carlos is the man! 10/10 food abs service.
