To contract the service and have a drawing made for you -because they call their drawing a design, which by the way I had to ask for measurements several times- you have to pay 50% and the other half 4 days before the installation. In my case, I paid it the same day before they started to work because that's what I told him. In the original price that they told me and after having paid half, they told me that the sink and the extractor were not included. They sold me the sink at double the price and without accessories. And if I bought it outside, it was 500 for installation. For the installation it was a mess to agree on a date x that he told me with little notice. In the end, on the same day, he told me that they would arrive that day. The communication was sometimes with the man with the lady or the girl, several times I had to repeat the same thing, I think they should be better organized among themselves, I think that is why they did not write down the way I wanted it and that is why it did not turn out as I requested . A few days after the installation a board fell, they had to put one and left some holes, they still haven't gone to fix what was wrong and unfinished.
