★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, llegue con 30’mins antes de mi cita y paso 1 hr y solo se oía a la doctora carcajeándose en su consultorio, le pregunto a la secretaria si va atrasada y me contesta que “si y que aun no pasaba ni a la de la cita anterior a la mía”. Y cómo porque no avisan??? Mi tiempo también vale y mucho como para estar esperando a ver a qué hora se le antoja a la doctora a pasar a la gente y aun así por whats app cita más gente para atender a la Misma hora en este caso que yo?!?!?!?!?
Nefasto 0 profesionalismo en cómo manejar las citas, me la recomendaron según por buena pero ni comenzar las citas puede… asco
Terrible, I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment and spent 1 hour and only heard the doctor laughing in her office. the date before mine ”. And how why don't they warn ??? My time is also worth it and a lot to be waiting to see what time the doctor wants to pass people and even so, by whats app, more people are summoned to attend at the same time in this case as me?!?! ?!?!?
Nefarious 0 professionalism in how to handle appointments, it was recommended to me as good but not even starting appointments can ... disgusting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta doctora es la mejor vale la pena esperar porque ella se toma el tiempo con sus pacientes.. yo fui a varios doctores en Laredo Texas y si talvez ellos son puntuales pero te tratan como una cita mas y no se toman el tiempo para examinarte bien ni para tomar encuenta tus necesidades. Tuve que buscar y Gracias a Dios que encontre a Doctor Dinorah Cruz. Ella es linda y con una pasiensia que da paz y fortaleza.
This doctor is the best, it's worth the wait because she takes the time with her patients... I went to several doctors in Laredo Texas and yes, maybe they are punctual but they treat you like one more appointment and they don't take the time to examine you well or to take into account your needs. I had to search and thank God I found Doctor Dinorah Cruz. She is cute and with a passion that gives peace and strength.
