★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me resolvieron pero les sugeriría brindar mejor atención en recepción, la persona que me atendió no es de lo más amable, no encontraba mi documento ni mi pago y las preguntas que le hice me las contestó de forma dudosa y de mala gana. Como si yo debiera saber todo del tramite que estoy pagando para que me gestionen

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedo impresionado del servicio excepcional . No puedo evitar de felicitar el buen equipo que forman. Tomaron el tiempo de asesorarme por teléfono y mensajes antes de realizar varios tramites pesados.
Y no es todo ! Lo mejor es que se quedaron, ni en 12 horas con mi vehículo, y me costo menos de lo cotizado inicialmente.

Te dan una fecha la cambian y la cambian por que se equivocaron se les olvido o no se aparte se enojan y te regañan si vas a ver como va tu trámite sin que te hablen después de un mes como quieren. 40 días para reponer una placa de moto cuando por fin la tienen dicen siempre no van a hacer 4500 son 6300 que huevos para estafar a la gente. Tengan cuidado
Terrible service they treat you like they are doing you a favor. They give you a date, they change it and they change it because they made a mistake, they forgot or they didn't leave, they get angry and scold you if you go to see how your procedure is going without being talked to after a month as they want. 40 days to replace a motorcycle license plate when they finally have it, they always say they are not going to make 4,500, that is 6,300, what a ball to swindle people.
