★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We only paid 100 dlls deposit for a small car and the employees gave us tips were not to park and safety around the cities.We got picked up at the airport almost 1130pm by the employee and was quick to give the service of details so we could go rest from our flight .the communication between the rental company and myself was excellebt .Awesome Customer service and ver humble employees who care about the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello, just to say I’ve rented cars in many countries but Emporio Car Rental Cancun was easily the best experience I’ve ever had in car rental . We live in Europe and when we first contacted them they were really helpful with great advice, the car was a nice new and clean Nissan , they delivered the car to our hotel at the agreed time, and after we took the car back when our holiday was over , a quick check and they drove us to the airport.we will use Emporio again for sure 100%, thank you very much guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admit: I've never experienced more professional renting company: they helped me remotely with first renting in Mexico step by step, they explained everything with patience, provided usefull tips for Mexico and how to avoid unpleasure events like luggage thefts, provided clear rules and described what insurance covers, what not ( they have 10 % deductible). They are super responsive also. The car was very reliable as we did 1800 km around Yucatan, for almost 3 weeks and everything went perfect. So, without hesitation, don't be afraid, that company is very reliable and I recommend them !

But once I was able to contact them, the process was fast and easy.
They work with credit cards or debit cards and cash.
I did it with cash (pesos), for me it was easier. (They can tell you more about it)
THE CAR
I rented the car for a few day.
They went to pick us up, and dropped us off at the airport too.
The car was a newer small sedan.
Low kilometers/miles
Very clean
Very comfortable
The staff was friendly and even gave us directions, to where to go for good food.
Very pleased with Emporio Car Rental.

This company are locally owned, straight forward, and their prices are way cheaper with no hidden insurance fees like the big rental companies at the airport. They go and pick you up upon your arrival and drop you off back at the airport when done. Highly recommended.
