★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todos son una bola de incompetentes, no cumplen lo que prometen, siempre ponen peros, el cliente no es su prioridad, jamás te atienden, te dan citas que no cumplen, siempre estan haciendo otras cosas que no, no contestan llamadas, los gerentes no resuelven tus problemas, te hacen perder tiempo, te hacen dar muchas vueltas a lo wey, super pésimo servicio!!!
Si quieren comprar un carro háganlo en otro lado, en otra agencia, no vale la pena ese lugar.

Cuida de ser específico del servicio q necesita, si encuentras una promoción de servicio en su pagina de la agencia toma captura de pantalla y asegurate de enseñársela a la persona q te resive el auto y que quede claro q quieres esa promoción. De lo contrarió te llevaras una sorpresa no muy grata al recibirlo.
