A	Alan Lechuga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre un reloj Cartier en esta tienda hace 6 meses, no paso ni un mes cuando el reloj empezo a atrasarse y aparte se le metio el agua. Lleve el reloj a garantia y la señorita dijo que era imposible que un reloj de esos le pudiera ocurrir semejante barbaridad, que problamente yo me meti a bañar y le cambie la hora en la regadera (un completo insulto), pero que aun asi lo iba a mandar a la planta pero que dudaba mucho que me pudieran ayduar (tipico con las garantias en Mexico, ellos nunca tienen la culpa). Duraron 2 meses en darme respuesta y finalmente repararon el reloj. A las dos semanas tuve el mismo problema, volvi a la tienda y le dije a la señorita que el problema volvio a persistir. Volvieron a mandar el reloj y a los dos meses me dijeron que la falla del reloj fue por culpa mia y la compañia EMWA queria cobrarme $9,000 pesos por la reparacion del mismo. Hable directo a Cartier y me dijeron que ellos no podian hacer nada para ayudarme, dado que la tienda era la que se estaba haciendo cargo, y los que estabn haciendo el cobro eran ellos. Les pedi apoyo a las personas de EMWA, pero me dijeron que pagara por repararlo o me llevara mi reloj defectuoso a otro lado. Decepcionado y enojado opte por llevar mi reloj a Estados Unidos con la esperanza de un mejor trato. Lleve el reloj a Deutsch and Deutsch y desde un principio el trato fue diferente. Checaron mi reloj y dijeron que no me preocupara de nada que el reloj tenia garantia, y se disculparon por adelantado por las molestias. Al mes me marcaron que mi reloj estaba reparado y afirmaron que si fue defecto de la manufacturera. Me dijeron que ya no iba a volver a tener ningun problema, pero que si algo volvia a ocurrir volviera con ellos inmediatamente. Ya van dos meses que paso esto y el reloj funciona perfectamente. Mi recomendacion es que si van a comprar en esta tienda, si su producto tiene garantia internacional mejor vayan a Estados Unidos a repararlo por que EMWA nomas va a intetar aprovecharse para cobrar cosas que no deberian. I bought a Cartier watch in this store 6 months ago, not a month passed when the watch started to slow down and the water also got into it. They sent the watch again and after two months they told me that the watch's failure was my fault and the EMWA company wanted to charge me $ 9,000 pesos for the repair. I spoke directly to Cartier and they told me that they could not do anything to help me, since the store was the one that was taking over, and they were making the payment. I asked the people at EMWA for support, but they told me to either pay to repair it or take my faulty watch elsewhere. Disappointed and angry, I chose to take my watch to America in hopes of a better deal. I took the watch to Deutsch and Deutsch and from the beginning the treatment was different. They checked my watch and said not to worry about a thing that the watch was guaranteed, and they apologized in advance for the inconvenience. After a month they marked me that my watch was repaired and they affirmed that it was a manufacturer's defect. They told me that I would not have any problems again, but that if something happened again I would return to them immediately. It's been two months since this happened and the clock works perfectly. My recommendation is that if you are going to buy in this store, if your product has an international guarantee, you better go to the United States to repair it because EMWA will only try to take advantage of it to charge for things that they should not.
