Don’t sign in... worst services ever!! Starting with the scheduling, they have 3 numbers and no one answer them. The sevices and installations are like a low-cost gym and payments are the double!!

Gym here is large and has a lot of different equipment, but is poorly maintained. Staff doesn't help to keep weights put away. Policies are ridiculous, especially for shorter stays. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone. I attempted to cancel by phone 3 times, and half the time their reception didn't even pick up.

The've got quite good equipement, the place is clean and they even have a pool. However it is unbelievably crowded, I had to go after 9pm to have the chance to use the machines in an uninterrupted way. Showers are the same, better have the time to wait for a free shower.

Messiest gym I’ve ever been to anywhere in the world. Plates, weights, water bottles everywhere and used napkins in the cardio equipment. Pretty gross.

Honestly it's not a very good gym. It's very expensive and it shows that the owners care more about profit that conditions because it's very poorly mantained. Some machines make rusty sounds and the dumbells are ALWAYS all around the place. You can spend 10 min of your workout looking for the other dumbell needed and maybe not even find it. Im not by any measure an expert in fitness, but I have had some ver bad posture problems and corrected them with training. and I've seen the trainers here give people with clearly no experience exercises that require some level in fitness and that otherwise will only lead to injury. Honetslyy, after 3 months I've had enough and am now going to look for a better alternative.

Good luck finding a dumbbell or weight plate when you need one - they are always, always scattered throughout the entire gym. For that matter, good luck finding a machine either - roughly half have been "under routine maintenance" since shortly after I signed up. Sad part is that this place isn't even cheap. It looks impressive when you walk in but then you realize it's full of ancient and unmaintained equipment. Save your money and work out somewhere else.

The staff is rude and not supportive. They kept charging me for 17 months during the shutdown because of covid. Refused to return my money, and offered to return half and that too towards credit for future. I called my bank and placed a chargeback. Also, which gym has showers and doesn’t provide towels??

At first glance, the gym appears spacious and adequately equipped. However, the truth is that the management does a very poor job or maintaining the gym in the expected condition for a price of over $1600 MXN/month (~$ 85 USD). The dumbbells are ALWAYS scattered throughout the gym all over the floors, apart from the 20% of machines that are damaged and inoperable. If you want to switch handles for your seated rows, triceps pushdowns, etc., good luck, because the handles are bolted into the cable extensions, likely to prevent theft. The pool area is as dark as a nightclub, so good luck trying to flip turn in the dark. The management is clearly pinching pennies, as the air conditioning is not felt at all, leaving you in an overcrowded and torrid sauna for a gym. The trainers provide extremely under-qualified instruction; for example, I've witnessed, on multiple occasions, the 'trainers' prescribing advanced exercises without properly explaining the correct form and that are completely inappropriate for a beginner to execute. On another day, I saw a trainer performing extreme spinal manipulations on a client with a foam roller--a fast track to injury city. As for the environment of the gym, if you are a female, be prepared for hoards of steroid-injected and machista men ogling you as though you were a piece of meat. Oddly, there are only two mats to stretch and do ab work on the floor and the yoga/class room is locked off, so you won't be able to go in and stretch or work other movements in peace--you'll have to settle for doing abs in the middle of the gym floor and people pass by inches from your face. There are no resistance bands, either, and only a very limited number of either extremely light or extremely heavy barbells. Overall, if the management were more competent, the gym could reasonably receive 4 stars. But, since the insulting and blatant lack of effort to provide value for your >$80USD/month is all Energy Fitness seems to be able to muster, it receives 2 stars.
