★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Igualmente no los recomiendo,te quieren cobrar cosas que no son,te cobran las rentas por adelantado..no se ponen de acuerdo y ahora me quieren cobrar 800 pesos el mes siendo que ya me habían dicho por teléfono que iban a ser 600 pesos. Que podía cancelar el eni tv y ahora me lo están cobrando por adelantado. Pésimo servicio al cliente,las señoritas te tratan como si fueras tonta.
 I also do not recommend them, they want to charge you for things that are not, they charge you the rent in advance... they do not agree and now they want to charge me 800 pesos a month even though they had already told me on the phone that it was going to be 600 pesos. That I could cancel the eni tv and now they are charging me in advance. Terrible customer service, the ladies treat you like you're dumb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención a clientes , el más deficiente . Marca uno para resolver dudas y hacen lo que quieren , te interrumpen de mala gana y cuando les pides chance de que puedas terminar de explicarles tu pregunta , te cuelgan . Desgraciadamente no pregunte el nombre de la chava pero muy grosera me interrumpio y cuando le pedí que me dejara terminar de explicarles por favor me colgó y después de eso ya no me contestan ninguna llamada . Esa señorita nada más le pagan para que trate mal a sus clientes , con servicio así hasta dan ganas de cancelar.
Terrible customer service, the most deficient. Dial one to answer questions and they do what they want , they reluctantly interrupt you and when you ask for a chance to finish explaining your question , they hang up on you . Unfortunately I didn't ask the girl's name but very rudely she interrupted me and when I asked her to let me finish explaining please she hung up on me and after that they don't answer any calls. That young lady is only paid to treat her clients badly, with service like this they even make you want to cancel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son la peor compañía de internet que existe, durante los ocho meses que tuve el servicio cada mes dejaba de funcionar correctamente mínimo 15 días y todos los meses tuve que hablar a servicio a cliente para que arreglaran el problema, con tiempos de espera cuando contestaban el teléfono de hasta 40 minutos, para que contestara una persona con cero capacitación y trato con el cliente. JAMAS LOS CONTRATEN SON PÉSIMOS
They are the worst internet company that exists, during the eight months that I had the service, each month it stopped working correctly for at least 15 days and every month I had to call customer service to fix the problem, with waiting times when they answered the telephone of up to 40 minutes, for a person with zero training and dealing with the client to answer. NEVER HIRE THEM THEY ARE AWFUL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Lento e inestable. Horas de espera en servicio a clientes cuando llamas para levantar una queja. No cumplen su política de solucionar el problema en menos de 72 horas y ni hablar de su política de realizar un ajuste en caso de no solucionar el problema, solo te dicen que "así es el servicio y si lo quieres va a tener problemas". Extremadamente lento, al grado de no poder enviar un WhatsApp, el internet se iba diario al menos 3 veces por lapsos de 15 minutos.
Terrible service. Slow and unstable. Waiting hours in customer service when you call to make a complaint. They do not comply with their policy of solving the problem in less than 72 hours and not to mention their policy of making an adjustment if the problem is not solved, they only tell you that "this is the service and if you want it you will have problems". Extremely slow, to the point of not being able to send a WhatsApp, the internet went down at least 3 times a day for periods of 15 minutes.

He tenido el servicio por al menos un año y medio, en los primeros meses estaba súper inestable y no daban valores siquiera aproximados a los contratados. Servicio técnico pésimo, no saben hacer su trabajo y te dejan esperando horas, solo reinician el módem una o dos veces y si ven que no funciona nada, te levantan reporte para que vayan técnicos a tu casa. Nunca contestan los correos, pings super elevados y solo se escudan diciendo que "como es por microondas, es así", no les interesa optimizar ninguna página y/o franquicias de páginas para mejor navegación. Tarda horas en descargar cualquier archivo pequeño. Megas fantasma de subida y descarga, ya que aunque aparezca como si tuvieras 5mb/s de subida, el desempeño es desastroso, haciéndolo ver cómo si apenas y tuvieras 1mb/s. Si no tienes otra alternativa por el momento, contrata. Pero en cuanto tengas alguna otra oportunidad, cámbialo, no vale la pena. Costos elevados para lo poco que dan (Comparando con algo bien hecho, dando 30 megas más por mucho menor costo).
Service that leaves a lot to be desired. I have had the service for at least a year and a half, in the first months it was super unstable and they did not give even approximate values to those hired. Lousy technical service, they don't know how to do their job and they leave you waiting for hours, they only restart the modem once or twice and if they see that nothing works, they file a report for technicians to come to your house. They never answer emails, super high pings and they only hide behind saying that "as it is by microwave, it is like that", they are not interested in optimizing any page and/or page franchises for better navigation. It takes hours to download any small file. Phantom megabytes of upload and download, since although it appears as if you had 5mb/s upload, the performance is disastrous, making it look like you barely had 1mb/s. If you have no other alternative at the moment, hire. But as soon as you get another chance, change it, it's not worth it. High costs for what little they give (Comparing with something well done, giving 30 megabytes more for much less cost).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos. No pongo cero porque no hay esa opción. El servicio deja mucho que desear no contestan el teléfono. El asesor de ventas me dio su tarjeta con los teléfonos de contacto y no contestan. Estoy arrepentida de haberlos contratado, no les interesa dar buen servicio a los clientes. De verdad, no los recomiendo para nada, busquen otras opciones. La persona de recepción, nefasta, no sabe nada, si no le gusta su trabajo para qué está ahí.
Lousy. I do not put zero because there is no such option. The service leaves a lot to be desired, they do not answer the phone. The sales consultant gave me his card with the contact telephone numbers and they do not answer. I am sorry I hired them, they are not interested in giving good service to customers. Really, I do not recommend them at all, look for other options. The reception person, disastrous, does not know anything, if he does not like his job what is he there for.
