★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked the Monte Alban tour. They were prompt and I guess gets you to all the places alright. Spent way too much time in shopping area and another rip off buffet lunch spot. But the biggest hurdle was that the guide spoke very little english and it was really hard to understand. Maybe it would be a different experience for the tourists who speak Spanish although her lack of enthusiasm seems to also make the other tourists uninterested in things as well. We ended up ending the tour early cus people weren’t interested in being at places too long. We took another tour company yesterday with the same price and it was way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience on our tour With our host Miguel. We went to Hierve el Agua, visited a traditional weaving and dyeing family & a mezcal distillery which also had a restaurant attached to it with Mezcal tasting & traditional Oaxacan cuisine. Everything was great, it was nice to get out of the city center & see the country side, stunning scenery. The mezcal & lunch were delicious. The distillery was very interesting as it used only traditional techniques. I have a much greater appreciation for Oaxaca since going on this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lizeth the office contact was professional and polite. She had the driver pick me up near my house. We had a full day tour to Hierve el Aqua, a Mescal distillery, a textile factory and a great lunch for $30US. Our tour guide was Marco. He spoke English and Spanish. The day was perfect. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did the Hierve de Agua tour with Nacho. He is an excellent guide! Amazing tour, great stops along the way, very very good prices. We paid 500 pesos and it was the best thing we did in Oaxaca!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service is horrendous. They gave us the wrong tour and are now ignoring our emails. Our “tour guide “ hit a dog and kept driving. He dropped us off at our locations and we had to pay for tour guides when we got there...? What was the point of paying for a tour? Over the phone they said meals were included (they’re NOT). Save your money and tour with Sicaru. I toured with them after getting very ripped off from this company. Sicaru offers great competent guides, customer service and the tours are half the price (around 200-500 pesos) DO NOT TOUR WITH ENJOY OAXACA

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locations were great, Nacho was so helpful. It feels like a small company that I am more than happy to support. Nacho knows all the locals and is the best tour guide. The weaving workshop was so interesting and really inspiring. I highly recommend this tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the driver of their tours would 100% ignore if you need a toilet. Sound like we’re a rush? Well not really. He stopped for himself at Mitla brought his own snacks and water in a convenient store while everyone was waiting for him on a van for almost 10 mins!! Everyone on our tour had witnessed this. He lied to me that there’re no toilet despite passing lots of public toilets even with parkings.
I’ve been to 50+ countries and have taken lots of tours everywhere in the world. I can totally say from my taking tours experiences that this driver from this company couldn’t care less about his job. He should quit. He is absolutely useless One star all the way!!
