Llovio y había goteras pro todos lados me cambiaron de habitación y me ofrecieron otra y tenían el mismo problema, yo les tuve que decir que cambiaran los muebles y pusieran cubetas. Hice la reservación por aplicación y me exigieron pagar en efectivo, me hostigaron y despectivamente me preguntaron de que ciudad venía, fueron discriminatorios. No fui la única que se quejó de las instalaciones yla limpieza del lugar, esta infestado de cucarachas y huele mucho a humedad. No se como sigue abierto. Mala experiencia del staff y del lugar, para nada se quisieron hacer responsables de nada. CERO. I don't recommend it at all. It rained and there were leaks everywhere, they changed my room and offered me another one and they had the same problem, I had to tell them to change the furniture and put buckets. I made the reservation through the application and they demanded that I pay in cash, they harassed me and contemptuously asked me what city I came from, they were discriminatory. I was not the only one who complained about the facilities and the cleanliness of the place, it is infested with cockroaches and smells very musty. I don't know how it's still open. Bad experience of the staff and the place, they did not want to be responsible for anything at all. ZERO.

Et les chambres sont superbes, avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Rapport qualité prix et petfriendly. Merci a vous et à bientôt. Sandy et Lunaé ? PS: petit signe ou pas, j'ai trouvé cet hostal par hasard en marchant, le signe Enso ma interpelé car je l'ai tatoué sur ma peau! Nothing to say, I loved the welcome and the good advice of the boys who work there, who are super nice! And the rooms are great, with everything you need. Value for money and pet friendly. L	Luis Del Rio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desastre de Hostal, no hay reglas, la gente está haciendo muchísimo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche… incluso los chicos que trabajan allí se ponen a fregar los platos a las 3:30 am… Hostel disaster, there are no rules, people are making a lot of noise until late at night ... even the guys who work there start washing the dishes at 3:30 am ...
