O preço era infinitamente mais caro do que o apresentado no site da própria empresa e tínhamos apenas a opção de pagar pelo seguro completo. Quando fomos pagar, apresentaram uma taxa extra (bem alta) pela devolução em outro local, sendo que desde o início já havíamos informado que faríamos isso e nos foi passado outro preço. Por fim, saímos sem alugar o carro e perdemos nosso tempo.
 Horrible service, without any interest in the customer and in answering any questions. The price was infinitely more expensive than the one presented on the company's own website and we only had the option of paying for full insurance. When we went to pay, they presented an extra fee (very high) for the return in another place, and from the beginning we had already informed that we would do it and we were given another price. Finally, we left without renting the car and wasted our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same experience as the other guy. Show up and the price triples with liability insurance they claim I'm required to buy and is not covered by my many other insurances. When I returned my car they also tacked on an extra six hours and then charged me a one day late fee. Also put a 15,000 peso hold on my card as collateral which is much larger than in the US. Rented from Enterprise many times in the US and never had these problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible they cancelled my reservation 4 hours before pick up via email and offered no replacement. They gave the car to another person when I had my reservation for about 6 weeks and enterprise did nothing about it. Save your time and just go somewhere else I ended up going with hertz in Cancun and they were able to give me a van for $270 for 5 days while they wanted to charge me around $450.
