★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asi debe ser una renta de auto, sin trucos y sencillo. Excelente atención del sr Juan Alcocer y Sandra Herrera. Excelente precio tambien reservamos en línea directamente. La camioneta en buen estado y nueva, nos llevo y trajo con bien solo que muy sucia por dentro y olia muy fuerte al aromatizante que le ponen, todos teniamos dolor de cabeza horas despues durante el viaje de tanto que le ponen.

The truck in good condition and new, took us and brought with good only that very dirty inside and smelled very strong of the flavoring that they put on, we all had a headache hours later during the trip of so much that they put on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assume this is the one that is now in Plaza Tanarah, in the same office as National (the same company). The first time I went, the guy showed up 1/2 hour late, making me miss my appointment. They photocopied my credit card, but I made sure they didn't photocopy the back. The second time, they also copied my credit card, but I didn't check that they only copy the front. However, when I returned my car I noticed they copied both the front and back. 1 week later, there are fraudulent charges on my credit card from Taiwan. Clearly someone got my card info from the black market. While this could be a coincidence (probably not - I don't use my card except for reputable online services and this), no matter what it is a very shady practice to make a photocopy of a card generally, and in particular the back, with the security code. In fact, it is probably illegal. Fortunately my bank has good fraud protection coverage.
