Just to answer the phone it took more than half an hour to call one or the other number that comes on the key of the car that one rents. When they finally answer, one of the representatives takes the data from me and tells me to do a police report. And wait for the call from your manager to tell me what steps to take. This was approximately at 2 in the afternoon, it was 3:30 and until I finally called again, the aforementioned manager called me back to tell me not to make a police report that if they are sure he takes care of it. Rather, they ask you to follow the current contract with payment of more days so that the insurance covers while they find it. This does not seem normal to me. Because it turns out that I should not report to the police when this was a robbery !! Obviously we have to do our documents and belongings are there !!! They send me to another office of theirs to what, according to the report on what happened and now it turns out that I have to pay a deductible of 19,000 pesos for the loss of the car! When for that one pay insurance that covers everything even theft. It's time June 12 noon and no one from the insurance calls me, no one from the agency gives me more information, they just ask me for more money !!! Now it turns out that you wait for me to keep calm are your requests from the manager! Well no ! So when you rent here make sure you have insurance and do not charge you for a deductible that you never mentioned when renting the car.
