Tried charging 1,000 for two weeks on a compact car. All other Car rentals got on the same page some even wanted 2,000. Go to Oxxo and get an Uber out of the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is ridiculous my husband made a reservation with Ruben and he gets here and Ruben tells him that he does not remember talking to him, and he ends up paying more then what he is supposed to pay for the reservation ?, and the car is not all that nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved a vehicle for 7 passengers two months ago. I called to confirm my car would be available and to ask what would happen in the case that it wasn’t. I had read several bad reviews so I wanted to have peace of mind. She guaranteed we would have the vehicle and in the case that it wasn’t they would upgrade to the next available category with no additional cost. I received the mail confirmation the day of my rental and when I proceeded to check in they tell me they don’t have the car we needed but that they had a smaller car. I needed at least 6 seats. Then They proceeded to cancel my reservation and stated that I am the one who canceled and therefore the car was not available. This was not the case. After speaking to a manager I was hung up on. I was very disappointed and was left stranded as same day rentals are rare and pricey.

The best there is front desk attendants.
I tried to rent a full size car and I received a compact for practically same price! That’s no fair.
And I paid around 200 dollars for one and a half day of service. Too expensive! That’s because I bought the unnecessary full cover insurance which is more expensive than the rent of the car.
Next time I’ll check and maybe rent another car rental company.
