★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We heard a lot of bad things about car rental companies. We rented a car for 24 days and didn't have any problem at all. The service was really nice and they offered to help us if we would have problems with corrupt authorities. They explained all the information with patience. We booked the car on location which was cheaper than ordering it online. We did take the extra insurance which I would recommend doing as well. It is not cheap but I think it can safe you a lot of trouble, because a scratch is easily obtained here in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made a reservation online. After arriving there, they took probably 30 minutes filling out the paperwork and insurance information. After that was completed they made me wait an extra 10 minutes for a car. Then I was told to leave because they had no cars available. Complete waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst rental car I rented a car from the United States three months ago and I put insurance from the company that they are partners expedia and when I went to look for the car they told me that they do not work with that insurance and they wanted to charge me triple what I counted They are irresponsible because they do not tell people from the beginning if we are not wasting time, that is why I give them a star and they do not deserve anything pero no le recomiendo a nadie que rente con ellos son ladrones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though Enterprise seemed to cost more than all of the other car rental agencies in CDMX, I chose them for their reviews. Rented one of their cars for two days and paid upfront online. We had some personal issues and showed up to pick up the car one hour after the time I had paid for, only to be surprised with a "we've given your car away so now you have to pay almost half of what you paid for the 2 days to get a different car." Equally, the 'upgrade' vehicle they gave me was probably the lowest quality vehicle I've ever rented. Definitely not using this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been renting with them fortnightly for the best part of 2 years and they have been nothing but amicable, helpful, and utterly nice. Their prices are not extremely high (in a country where renting a car costs the equivalent of the car's downpayment), and they have regular specials for the weekends, and bank holidays).
Perhaps my only complaint would be that their fleet is getting on the older side of things, and that they don't seem to have a lot of cars (even before the pandemic) around. So, do reserve with plenty of time.
Very happy with their service so far (keyword: so far).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down best car rental experience I’ve had in Mexico. This is the fourth time I ever rent a car in Mexico. The first three were with other companies and locations and all three were simply horrible (aggressive and threatening staff, car breaking 10 miles from pick up, car in horrible shape and with slow service).
But my experience with Enterprise Reforma was 5/5, spotless and a US- level rental experience overall.
Omar was amazing, providing both human care as well as a very quick, efficient process at both pick up and drop off. The car was brand new - literally had <10 miles on the dash.
Whenever I need a rental in CDMX in the future I will not hesitate and go to Enterprise Reforma.
