un proyecto muy completo e innovador, el recorrido de realidad virtual es espectacular para conocer el edificio

Ya años de retraso con el proyecto. Nadie da la cara ni contactan a sus clientes/inversores

Concepto de de departamentos único en su tipo, increíble vista 360 en un roof garden dela bahía y el bosque. Excelente opción para la vida moderna!

Alguien tiene noticias se esta construcción ?, realmente esta detenida como lo menciona el usuario Gretell ?

It was an absolutely amazing concept; a failed one, but the idea was there. The construction has come to a screeching halt. I was there last month and it is NOT safe to live in; investors/clients such as myself, have been left hanging and defrauded. The common areas are no completed, less than 10 apartments have been delivered, and the rest are absolutely less-than-half-finished. As per one of their employees, Bety Salcedo, they have no money and the real owner of the project, Gilberto Sr. is too sick to contact the clients. Not even the banks are giving them credit lines to return the money to their clients... The natural thing would be for the General Manager Gilbero Jr (Ha!) to start contacting the clients and problem-solve. Instead, he hides behind the skirts of his employees and has zero communication with the people who had originally believed in his idea. As per one his employees', "the concept was too ambitious, but since they parted with their previous partners from Primavera, they haven't had the structural solvency to tackle all the problems". I have called at this point, hundreds of times, but they don't pick up, and when I do, they do it to lie. If you've invested with them, consider your money STOLEN. What a shame that everyone speaks so highly of Gilberto Sr., and yet he has no one to show face for him when he most needs it.
