Su sistema de entrenamiento es flexible con múltiples horarios & opción de clases grabadas si es necesario cuando se tiene que perder clase. También es variado ya que comparte opciones del mismo ejercicio en progresión abarcando desde alguien a nuevo a alguien experimentado. Por último, es una persona encantadora que te inspira a mejorar tanto externamente (físicamente) como internamente.
Super recommended, Mony is an excellent coach with a lot of knowledge. Their training system is flexible with multiple schedules & option of recorded classes if needed when you have to miss class. It is also varied as it shares options of the same exercise in progression ranging from someone new to someone experienced. Lastly, he is a charming person who inspires you to improve both externally (physically) and internally.
