Terrible service, they sent me an envelope from Fresnillo Zacatecas to Aguascalientes, since it went to Guadalajara, they don't answer the calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio el personal nada amable no están capacitados, les pregunte en que ciudades de Jalisco tienen sucursales, y me dijo que no sabia, o bien no quiso informarme. Me dijeron que mejor me fuera a otra paqueteria donde si tengas mas rutas de reparto. Super mal

A ella le doy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, pero a envía le doy 2 estrellas porque tardaron 5 días en llevar un paquete desde Guadalajara a Aguascalientes! Muchísimo tiempo, hoy hay empresas que entregan de un día para otro.
