★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesecitaba hacer un envío a Amazon de una devolución por DHL pero el encargado solo me dijo que lo tenía que llevar yo personalmente a una oficina de DHL lo cual no comprendo porque se llama envíos si los envíos los tiene que hacer uno mismo y no me dieron orientación mala experiencia
I needed to make a shipment to Amazon of a return by DHL but the manager only told me that I had to personally take it to a DHL office, which I do not understand because it is called shipments if the shipments have to be made by oneself and they did not give me orientation bad experience
