Hoy 20 de diciembre sigo a la espera de unas muestras médicas que llegarían entre 24 y 48 horas. Fueron enviadas el 15 de diciembre desde Guadalajara hacia los EUA. Lo más grave es que se supone vendrían por DHL y por el número de guía lo rastreamos y resultó de DHL NI SIQUIERA HA RECIBIDO EL PAQUETE!! ? Llamas por teléfono y nadie contesta, solo un buzón de voz. NADIE!! Se trata de un intermediario que según la factura se llama “EnvíoShop” de Luis Alberto Ramírez Hernández. Cuidado!!!! Tenían nuestros teléfonos de contacto y tampoco tuvieron a bien hacernos saber nada. Aunado a ello, no se a estas alturas qué trato le han dado al paquete. Se les indicó que no se le mantuviera cerca de calor, ni se expusieran al sol. Esto es terrible ya que se trata de muestras de tejido por biopsias, MUY importantes para mi. Hoy de parte de mi familia fueron personalmente a hacer el reclamo. Afortunadamente le devolvió el dinero pero el error me costó casi una semana de pérdida de tiempo en un tema tan delicado para mi salud. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ Today, December 20, I am still waiting for medical samples that would arrive between 24 and 48 hours. They had our contact telephone numbers and they didn't even called to let us know anything either. In addition, I don't know at this point what treatment the package has been given. They were instructed not to stay close to heat, nor be exposed to the sun. This is terrible for me since these are tissue samples by biopsies, VERY important for me. Today one of my relatives went personally to make the claim. Fortunately he returned the money but the mistake cost me almost a week of wasting time on such a sensitive issue for my health.
