★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy amables, pero su tiempo de respuesta es pésimo, para contestar un oficio que te digan que no requiere permiso, se tardan meses, luego cuando se acuerdan te avisan que ya está la respuesta y cuando vas a recogerla te hacen esperar más de una hora.
They are very friendly, but their response time is bad, to answer a job that they tell you that does not require permission, it takes months, then when they remember they let you know that the answer is already there and when you go to pick it up they make you wait more than one hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se porque no hacen lo que tienen y deben de hacer ( ya que se les paga su salario) a nivel estado el deterioro de las áreas naturales protegidas aumento exponencialmente de tal forma que su recuperación ahora siiiiiiiiiii ?????? es irreversible, tu humanoooo que lees este comentario porfavor quejate de esta secretaria urge que se pongan las pilas ? el ANP sierra de Pénjamo desde el gobierno de Marquez marquez esta olvidada, la población exigimos todos los arboles que han cortado y siguen sin hacer nada para detener la tala clandestina , recursos financieros si hay !!!! no se porque no han echo nada !
