Pues no te atiende gente agradable. Es un estacionamiento muy caro $40 pesos por hora. Realmente ya no vale la pena pagar eso.

Te pierden las llaves, mal respuesta del empleado... ni una disculpa recibimos de su parte. Tuvimos que esperar al responsable para empezar a recibir respuestas coherentes. Llegamos a las 23:30 hrs pedimos el carro, pagamos la tarifa (cara, por cierto) y vimos que el joven empezaba a lamparear el carro y afanosamente buscaba por todos lados. No encontró el sensor y nos preguntó si de casualidad traíamos el duplicado (no mamar ??‍♂️?) <> Nos pedían que dejáramos el carro en el estacionamiento, por supuesto no era opción... (ya nos perdieron la llave, no quisimos seguir confiando en ellos) fuimos hasta nuestro domicilio por el duplicado, regresamos, y nos entregaron un documento amparando el gasto que se realizará ante la agencia. Escribo esto la noche del incidente. Esperando que se hagan responsables, estaré actualizando el post.

Muy mal servicio, el personal agresivo, pregunté por la tarifa y me dijeron que costaba 40 MXN, hice un comentario a quien iba conmigo diciendo que estaba caro y el señor que nos estaba atendiendo, un adulto mayor, me dijo que si no me parecía que lo fuera estacionar a otro lugar, cuando no estaba hablando con él, cabe mencionar que no había más autos mas que el nuestro; tomándole la palabra caminé hacia mi auto dispuesta a irme a otro estacionamiento y el señor nos alcanzó diciendo que ya tenía hecho el boleto, haciéndose el sufrido, me preguntó que qué iba a hacer con el boleto; me compadecí del señor y le acepté el boleto. Tomándole el boleto, empezó nuevamente de agresivo diciendo que tenía que pagar aun estando un minuto ahí, que si lo quería sacar que pagará los 40 MXN que ya tenía el boleto en mis manos, lo ignoré seguí caminando hacia la salida y seguía agrediéndonos, no le dije nada por ser una persona adulta, pero saliendo de ahí estuvimos con la preocupación por la agresión, pensé que le haría algo a mi auto o a nosotras al regresar, así que tuvimos que interrumpir nuestro paseo y compras para regresarnos por el auto, no lo dejamos más de 40 minutos ahí, ya que no nos sentíamos a gusto por lo sucedido y nos preocupaba que mi auto estuviera en ese lugar, así que regresamos, lo bueno es que ya había unas personas dejando su auto dentro, así que mejor pagué, lo saqué y lo deje en la calle con un franelero y continuamos con nuestro paseo. NUNCA VUELVO A REGRESAR A ESE LUGAR. PÉSIMO SERVICIO, SON MUY VALIENTES AGREDIENDO A LA GENTE.

Muy despistado quien estaba ayer para entregar y cobrar el boleto, y algo tranza. así como de quién te dice por dónde entrar, pero los cajones son adecuados, claro no aprueba de brutos que se mal estacionan, o por idiotez se pegan a otro carro a pesar de tener espacio suficiente.

CUIDADO CON ESTE LUGAR. No te dan boleto para después cobrarte tarifa de boleto perdido. Actitud muy altanera y grosera de parte del personal. Su numero de servicio al cliente está desconectado por lo tanto no hay alguien a quien recurrir. Mientras estábamos en el trámite les intentaron cobrar de más a otras tres personas
