★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la atención por su personal es buena, pero, somos atendidos a través de una micro ventanita de 30 x 30 centímetros, es mas bien un ahujero en la pared y la salita de espera es igualmente deprimente, es muy desmotivante comprarles, solo por ese detalle, !que loco el que mando hacer esa ventanita!, carece de conocimientos en cuanto calidad de atención, no volvere a comprarles y voy a buscar a la competencia ya publicare mi experiencia con la competencia y les publicare la foto de la ventanita, casi se pudiera definir como ser atendidos por un orificio, un orificio en la pared es mejor definicion, haber si se animan a comprar asi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron días en atenderme, después cuando pedí cotización de dos productos, tardaron otro tres días y cuando quise hacer pedido no contestaron. Llamé y resulta que no tenían el producto. Lo hubieran dicho desde el principio cuando les indique los aromas que yo estaba buscando. Me hicieron perder una semana de trabajo. Nunca comprare ahí. No los recomiendo!
Terrible service, they took days to attend to me, then when I asked for a quote for two products, it took another three days and when I wanted to order they did not answer. I called and it turns out they didn't have the product. They would have said it from the beginning when I indicated the scents I was looking for. They made me miss a week of work. I will never buy there. I do not recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus aromas están súper ricos, entregan rápido y tienen buenos precios. Hice mi pedido por teléfono, si me daba un poco de miedo porque no conozco el lugar y nunca les había comprado, pero me llegó todo bien. :)
Their aromas are super rich, they deliver fast and they have good prices. I made my order by phone, if I was a little scared because I don't know the place and I had never bought them, but everything came to me fine. :)
