★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colonia en carretera nacional , la entrada y salida de carretera nacional no es muy comoda , esta bien arbolada y al entrar parece que estuvieras en playa o lugar campestre , bonitas casas aunque existen terrenos sin construccion .

Es una colonia pequeña, es un simple ovalo alargado de 2 cuadras.
Una colonia de entre 10 y 12 años de existencia. Es una colonia de venta de lotes de que van desde los 450 mts² hasta 1000 mts². La mayoría ya están vendidos, hay muy pocos solos para venta.
Los colonos en un 90% son los dueños y un 10% son casas en renta, rentada por los mismos dueños y no por la "Administración de la colonia".
Colonia muy tranquila, sin alborotos; lo que sí cabe recalcar es lo suguiente:
-Pésima organización de la MESA DIRECTIVA, nunca dan soluciones, siempre que pides una mejora con el costo del mantenimiento $1,800 (nada barato) siempre se oponen. No dan oportunidad de cambio de MD, siempre se la dejan a ellos. Siempre están a la defensiva y solo ven su propio beneficio.
No específican los gastos que hacen en cosas de la colonia, si lo pides se enojan.
No hay administrador de la colonia, y cuando ha habido no hace sus funciones.
Hay un chat de vecinas, pero dicen que no es para quejas, es para comunidad. (PÉSIMO).
Todo comentario que los dejas ver en evidencia, se enojas y no dan resultados.
LO RECOMIENDO PARA COMPRAR O VIVIR? POR OBVIAS RAZONES, NO.
