★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si les pudiera dar 0 estrellas a este lugar lo haria quede muy descontenta y afliguida con el trabajo que me hicieron. Fui por un balayage, Primero hable con Norma y le explique como queria el trabajo y el color hasta le ensene foto. Y luego me paso con Vero y le medio dijo como lo queria y despues se fue y le dijo que ahorita venia a ayudarla por eso Me quede tranquila pero nunca vino a ayudarla solo bajo tiempo despues porque tenia cita con un cliente. Al final cuando vi el resultado quede muy consternada porque no era nada parecido al color que yo habia elegido.
Fui al tercer dia para hablar con Norma que el color no era nada parecido al que yo habia elegido y aparte no el balayage que yo le habia dicho que era como el de la foto. Al no querer reconocer el trabajo mal echo de Vero dijo que la razon porque el color era diferente fue debido a que no use protector al usar la plancha para laciar el pelo..cual no tenia logica alguna porque solo fue una vez que me planche el cabello. Despues de tanto decirle que no fue el trabajo que le pedi al final dijo que me lo podia arreglar.
Regrese porque ya les habia pagado y no hiba a gastar mas dinero por arreglar el error qur ellas habian cometido. Esta vez las dos trabajaron en mi cabello y otra vez hubo muchos errores de parte de Vero cual Norma tuvo que correguirla varias veces.
Al final quedo mal el color otra vez..talvez porque no mezclo bien el color Vero y ya no quisieron gastar mas en tinte en mi cabello. Norma tuvo una actitud muy molesta al decirle que no quede conforme con el resultado y dijo que haci lo habia pedido cual no fue asi..
Vine a este lugar por las recomendaciones positivas en google pense que eran profesionales...esperaba que fuera mi salon de belleza.. pero JAMAS vuelvo a venira este lugar.

I went for a balayage, first I spoke with Norma and explained how I wanted the work and the color until I showed her a photo. And then I spent with Vero and he half told him how he wanted it and then he left and told him that he was coming to help her for that reason I was calm but he never came to help her only shortly afterwards because he had an appointment with a client. In the end when I saw the result I was very dismayed because it was nothing like the color I had chosen.
I went on the third day to talk to Norma that the color was nothing like the one I had chosen and not the balayage that I had told her was like the one in the photo. Not wanting to recognize the wrong work done by Vero, he said that the reason why the color was different was because he did not use protector when using the iron to straighten the hair ... which did not have any logic because it was only once that I ironed the hair. hair. After telling him so much that it wasn't the job I asked him, he finally said that he could fix it for me.
I came back because I had already paid them and I was not going to spend any more money to fix the mistake they had made. This time they both worked on my hair and again there were many mistakes on Vero's part which Norma had to correct several times.
In the end the color was wrong again ... maybe because I did not mix the Vero color well and they did not want to spend more on dye in my hair. Norma had a very upset attitude when she told her not to be satisfied with the result and said that she had asked for it which was not the case.
I came to this place because of the positive recommendations on google I thought they were professionals ... I was hoping it would be my beauty salon ... but I will NEVER come to this place again.
