Pague en tiempo y forma a través de su portal el servicio de gas natural. Ingenuamente pensé que si pagaba a través del portal de la propia compañía el pago del servicio se registraría de inmediato, pero NO, ELLOS DICEN QUE LO EXTRAVIARON, lo cobraron pero no lo registraron a mi cuenta. Lo más molesto es que uno de sus empleados fue a mi casa, y de manera furtiva (como delincuente) y sin ninguna notificación, corto el servicio. Ya lo reporte a la compañia a través de su servicio telefónico (poco amigable por cierto porque cuesta trabajo encontrar la opción para hablar con una operadora), y me indicaron que ahora debo esperar a ver cuándo podrán tener tiempo de revisar sus registros y reconectar el servicio. Me apena escribir en estos términos, pero si el servicio de la compañia anterior era malo (METROGAS), ahora es pésimo (NATURGY) y están haciendo las cosas de la peor manera y maltratan a los clientes y parece que no les importa. Creo que se van a quedar sin clientes. Voy a actualizar esta nota para indicar cuanto tiempo tardo su burocracia en moverse, y si alguien quiere ser cliente, OJO, piénselo.

Está empresa trata a los clientes muy mal y no les importa dar un buen servicio. Solo atienden por teléfono y se escudan los telefonistas diciendo que ellos no son empleados y que si quieres presentar una queja vayas a Niños Heroes por que hasta allá están los empleados. !Vaya respuesta¡. Me quedé atónito después de esto y mejor cancelé el servicio. Regresé a Gas Estacionario.
This company treats customers very badly and they don't mind giving a good service. They only answer by telephone and the telephone operators are shielded saying that they are not employees and that if you want to make a complaint, go to Niños Heroes because the employees are there. Pesima pagina, imposible obtener la factura digital... Nunca te envian la fact al correo como quedaron y no hay forma d saber qué debes de pagar xq el codigo de barras no se actualiza y aún pagando con base en la fact pagada te lo cortan. Ademas d no haber sucursales. Pésimo setvicio...!!!!

Muy pero muy mal servicio no hacen caso y solo te dicen que hay que esperar hasta que prácticamente se les pegue la gana atenderte.

Es una caseta el policia decia que no sabia nada y por ese motivo no podia dar informes a pesar de que habia varias personas seria bueno actualizar direcciones

Pésima atención. Te asignan una agencia (la que ellos quieren) y si esa agencia no te cumple o te da mal servicio, te obligan a quedarte a fuerzas con esa agencia y no te dejan contratar con otra.

En realidad no alcanzan ni una estrella. En esta empresa no funciona nada. Su atención a clientes es pésima (telefónica, whattsup y chat). Su aplicación no sirve, domicilie los pagos, el banco me cobro y naturgy no registró mi pago, me estuvieron mandando mensajes y me pidieron que pagara de todos modos para que no me cortaran el servicio, mientras se hacía la aclaración. Cosa que no ha pasado en 4 meses.
They don't really reach even one star. Nothing works in this company. Their customer service is terrible (phone, whattsup and chat). Your application does not work, I direct the payments, the bank charged me and naturgy did not register my payment, they were sending me messages and they asked me to pay anyway so they wouldn't cut off my service, while the clarification was made. Which hasn't happened in 4 months.
