★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En dos ocasiones fui y la atención es impersonal, desde la llegada parece que están haciendo favor de atenderte, depende mucho quien sea la que te atienda la calidad de las uñas.
Esta semana decidí darles nuevamente la oportunidad para ver si el servicio había mejorado, sin embargo la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear, desde hacer la cita.
La marca organic es ya un plus por excelencia y queda opacada por la atención tan deficiente, es una lastima porque seguramente pierden mucha clientela por lo mismo.
On two occasions I went and the attention is impersonal, from the arrival it seems that they are doing a favor to assist you, it depends a lot who is the one who attends to you, the quality of your nails.
This week I decided to give them the opportunity again to see if the service had improved, however the customer service leaves much to be desired, from making the appointment.
The organic brand is already a plus par excellence and is overshadowed by such poor attention, it is a shame because they surely lose a lot of customers for the same.
