El día 4 de mayo asisti a consulta con la Dra Alejandra Bonilla Gutiérrez debido a que tenía una molestia en la mandíbula e inclusive pareciera q me estaba saliendo un molar, así que sin investigar ni recomendaciones fui a Edental Balbuena porque esta en la red de mi seguro médico y me queda muy cerca de mi trabajo. La Dra me dijo que no era molar y q necesitaba una radiografía panorámica para ver q es lo q tenía, sin embargo procedió a realizarme una limpieza dental que me dolió horrible, era una persona muy brusca al realizar su trabajo incluso sangre muchísimo y llegué a pensar q era normal. Total q me mando medicamento y q regresara en 15 días. En la noche me despierto y siento algo pegado en todos los dientes y la boca llena de algo, estaba atascada de coágulos de sangre que escupia y escupia y no paraban x más que me ejuagaba. Me tuve q aguantar así toda la noche y obvio estaba muy espantada al no saber q me había pasado. Escribí al whats de su clínica y la persona q me contestó me dijo q no tenía doctores hasta la tarde o q fuera a la otra sucursal, que le había preguntado a la Dra y que mi problema era normal q me tomará la medicina y se me iba a quitar . En verdad me urgía una revisión nada me paraba el sangrado por lo q para manejar me fui mordiendo un trapo y fui a otra clínica a revision urgente, me lograron parar la hemorragia y en la noche otraves estaba igual, total que acabe pagando mas de $2,000 entre curaciones y medicina que me tuvieron que hacer porque mis encías estaban gravemente dañadas. No hago esto x denigrar a la clínica ni a los doctores pero no le deseo esto a nadie y dejar que su personal sin tacto ni profesionalismo labore con personas como si fuéramos animales deja mucho que desear.
Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar y mucho menos a esa Doctora.

The doctor told me that it was not molar and that I needed a panoramic X-ray to see what I had, however she proceeded to perform a dental cleaning that hurt me horribly, she was a very rough person when doing her job, she even bleed a lot and I came to think that was normal. Total q he sent me medicine and he will return in 15 days. At night I wake up and I feel something stuck in all my teeth and my mouth is full of something, I was stuck with blood clots that I spit and spit and they did not stop x more than I was rinsing. I had to put up with like this all night and obviously I was very scared not knowing what had happened to me. I wrote to the whats of his clinic and the person who answered me told me that he did not have doctors until the afternoon or that he went to the other branch, that he had asked Dr. and that my problem was normal that he will take the medicine and it would go away. to remove . I really needed a check-up, nothing stopped the bleeding, so to handle it, I bit a rag and went to another clinic for an urgent check-up, they managed to stop the bleeding and at night it was the same again, total that I ended up paying more than $ 2,000 between cures and medicine they had to do me because my gums were badly damaged. I do not do this x denigrate the clinic or the doctors but I do not wish this on anyone and letting your staff without tact or professionalism work with people as if we were animals leaves much to be desired.
I definitely do not recommend this place, much less that Doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte del odontologo pediatra, me hizo esperar más de media hora y ni siquiera se tomó la molestia de disculparse; además lo que necesitaba mi hija no lo hizo, teniendo una actitud prepotente y pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo y ojalá hubiera cero estrellas de calificación. Eviten visitar ese lugar, se ahorraran una pésima experiencia.
Terrible attention from the pediatric dentist, he made me wait more than half an hour and he didn't even bother to apologize; also what my daughter needed she did not do, having an arrogant attitude and terrible service. I do not recommend it and wish I had a zero star rating. Avoid visiting that place, you will save yourself a terrible experience.
