Me comunique con ellos reportándoles la falla y me dijeron que solo desconectara el refrigerador y volviera a conectarlo y que se resolvería la falla; hice lo que me indicaron pero continuó igual el refrigerador. Me contacte nuevamente con ellos y quedaron de acudir a mi domicilio para las reparaciones necesarias. Ya pasó una semana y no se han presentado y ahora ya ni contestan el telefono. ¡¡Qué poca ETICA y RESPONSABILIDAD tiene esta sociedad!! No se los recomiendo, tengan cuidado con este tipo de personas que no tienen la preparación mínima para hacer las reparaciones.
