Pues desafortunadamente, contrataron a una "dama" sin modales, prepotente y altanera, que eleva su tono de voz, para tratar de dominar la situación ante la solicitud de facturación.
El penoso detalle de escuchar a gente no capacitada en la atención al cliente, demerita mucho el servicio.
Pero la historia, no queda en la atención al cliente. La dama en cuestión, genera conflictos internos, donde no deberían existir. Grita y exige como hacendada, sus compañeros de trabajo, deben mantener la calma y tolerancia ante este tipo de desviaciones grotescas de conducta.
Me dió más pena a mi, observar la falta de respeto hacia sus compañeros. Solo me queda decir que no recomendaría la gasolinera por observar conductas retrogradas. ??♀️

Gritar no es la forma de atender un cliente. El despachador que me atendió no me pregunto mi forma de pago y cuando iba a realizar el pago quería pagar una parte en efectivo y otra parte con tarjeta y me dijo que no se podía. Muy mala experiencia es evidente que les falta capacitar a su personal.
