Deje mi carro en pensión para irme a Cozumel y tienen muy buenos precios y atención, definitivamente los recomiendo. El personal muy atento y claro en cuanto a los cobros por hora en caso de llegar más tarde a recoger mi auto.

Avoid. I don't know why this gets so much good reviews! First off, you have to leave your keys, because they will have to move your car constantly, because all the cars are parked right after the other, with no space in between. I left car in the afternoon, and paid 500 pesos for 2 days (which is more then average, but I did because of the good reviews). 2 days later I showed up at 12:20 at noon. I had to pay extra because I had to be there before 12pm noon?! Apparently that's the policy, and it says so on the paper they gave me (but I didn't notice and they didn't tell me). Funny thing is I was actually there at 11:50 but had to hide from heavy rain just a few meters down the road, because the parking is all open air, and they first had to move 3 cars to get mine out. It's truly mind-boggling they let me pay this penalty, even after I said I would have to give a bad review for this. Good thing is the penalty was only 40 pesos. Not worth making a scene. But apparently for them worth a bad review. Says a lot about these people imo. Sadly, things like these are common practice in playa del carmen I'm afraid.

Because of the good ratings, I didn't follow the advice of my hotel to avoid this place. They charged me the triple of the price agreed the day before ! And then they became agressive and threatening. Be careful with this place.
