Te atiende un bot siempre y si tienes dudas más complejas, nadie te puede ayudar por lo mismo, haciendo frustrante el proceso. The problem with Estafeta is that despite the fact that the staff is friendly at the branch, they NEVER answer the local phone and the worst thing is that by means of chat or number 01 800 it is impossible today to talk to a person.
