★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, pague este servicio por ser express, mi paquete tiene ya un mes que debió llegar y solo aparece en la pagina que se me entregara cuando tengan una vuelta, llamo al 800 y el operador cuando revisa mi numero de guía me cuelga, DHL super recomendable, llega en máximo 2 días, correos de México tarda 15 días pero llega.
Very bad service, I paid for this service for being express, my package had already arrived a month and it only appears on the page that will be delivered to me when they have a return, I call 800 and the operator when he checks my guide number he hangs up, DHL is highly recommended, it arrives in a maximum of 2 days, post from Mexico takes 15 days but it arrives.

Me mandaron una lavadora que compré en línea y al momento de llegar al domicilio solo venía 1 repartidor que me la bajo de trancazo y me la fue arrastrando unos 100m desde el camion a la casa. Me llegó toda abollada por un fuerte golpe. Se la tuve que regresar al vendedor.
Very bad service. They sent me a washing machine that I bought online and at the moment I got home there was only 1 delivery man who got me down and dragged it about 100m from the truck to the house. It came to me all dented from a strong blow. I had to return it to the seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es muy bueno, pero lamentablemente ya van más de 10 ocasiones donde acudo desde temprano a dejar un paquete y el chavo que abrí llega hasta las 9:20 o más. En su horario dice que abren a las 9:00 en punto. Y no soy el único, ocasiones tiene hasta fila de espera, sugiero que verifiquen el horario.
The service is very good, but unfortunately there have been more than 10 occasions where I go early to leave a package and the guy I opened arrives until 9:20 or more. It says on their schedule that they open at 9:00 sharp. And I'm not the only one, sometimes there is even a waiting line, I suggest you check the schedule.
