★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé porque cada vez que dejo un paquete en esta sucursales tarda minimo 3 días en moverse. Ademas a la hora que vayas a dejar un paquete te dicen que ya pasó la camioneta y que se irá hasta el siguiente día. Súper mal servicio
I don't know why every time I leave a package at these branches it takes at least 3 days to move. Also at the time you go to leave a package they tell you that the van has passed and that it will leave until the next day. Super bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben cambiar el horario de apertura del personal, ayer fui a entregar un paquete y tarde más de media hora y nunca abrieron iban a dar las 11 y mejor me fui a plaza Cuernavaca ahí si son puntuales.
They must change the opening hours of the staff, yesterday I went to deliver a package and it took more than half an hour and they never opened they were going to give 11 and I had better go to Cuernavaca square there if they are punctual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo atendimiento - se hacen pasar por ESTAFETA Oficial y no reciben paquetes con guias de ESTAFETA , generadas en la plataforma de Estafeta, dicen: que ellos no reciben ningun paquete si no es pagado directamente en ese momento con ellos !!!! te mandan al centro operativo de Estafeta.
Terrible service - they pose as Official ESTAFETA and do not receive packages with ESTAFETA guides, generated on the Estafeta platform, they say: that they do not receive any package if it is not paid directly at that moment with them !!!! They send you to the Estafeta operations center.
