ESTAFETA TERÁN. Yo tuve que salir fuera de México, le pedí de favor a mi hermano que fuera a recoger el paquete y le mandé una carta poder con mi firma digital (todo lo hice por celular por aplicación de Word) y ustedes saben que la firma no sale del todo bien y también le envié copia de mi credencial de elector. Una mujer que trabaja ahí no se lo quiso recibir porque la firma no era igual a la credencial y en segunda porque no tenía mi correo electrónico, ok. Regresa mi hermano todo desesperado (porque si no él paquete también lo regresan rápido) y me pide que lo vuelva hacer agregando mi correo y mi firma lo más parecido a mi credencial, entonces yo lo que hice fue imprimir la hoja y hacer mi firma y enviarla por scanner al correo de mi hermano. La cosa es que él llega con el papel ya corregido y la misma mujer dijo que no se lo iba a recibir que porque estaba en foto (cosa que ella antes no especificó como quería el papel) Y mi hermano todo molesto por que no iba a volver una 3era vez. En fin que el muchacho amable escuchó todo y dijo que si se lo iba a recibir así como estaba y le dio el paquete... la verdad es que el muchacho luego le dio solución al problema. Si tan sólo hubieran empleados que traten de ayudar al cliente y ser más eficientes todo sería mejor. Mal por esa chica que tuvo que llegar su compañero a solucionar todo.
TERÁN SCAM. I had to leave Mexico, I asked my brother to please pick up the package and I sent him a power of attorney with my digital signature (I did everything by cell phone using Word application) and you know that the signature does not come out all right and I also sent him a copy of my voter ID. A woman who works there did not want to receive it because the signature was not the same as the credential and second because she did not have my email, ok. My brother returns all desperate (because if not the package they will also return quickly) and he asks me to do it again adding my email and my signature the closest thing to my credential, then what I did was print the sheet and make my signature and send it by scanner to my brother's mail. The thing is that he arrives with the paper already corrected and the same woman said that she was not going to receive it because it was in a photo (which she did not specify before how she wanted the paper) And my brother all upset that he was not going to come back a 3rd time. Anyway, the kind boy listened to everything and said that if he was going to receive it as it was and gave him the package ... the truth is that the boy then gave a solution to the problem. If only there were employees who try to help the customer and be more efficient, everything would be better. Bad for that girl who had to get her partner to solve everything.

Pésimo servicio, no te quiere atender bien el personal, por todo ponen pretexto, fui a 3 empresas de envío y esta me puso pretexto para enviar 3 botellas de a litro cada uno de Mi Tradicional y Delicioso JARABE DE RAÍZ...que se podía regar, que se rompería, que se derramaría y no se hacen responsables... Cómo ya sabe la recepciónista como son los que trasladan las cosas por eso NO se hacían responsables...No hay lugar para estacionarse, el espacio es pequeño y no tienen aire acondicionado... PÉSIMO SERVICIO DE PAQUETERIA....
Terrible service, the staff does not want to take good care of you, for everything they put an excuse, I went to 3 shipping companies and this one gave me an excuse to send 3 bottles of a liter each of My Traditional and Delicious ROOT SYRUP ... water, that it would break, that it would spill and they are not responsible ... As the receptionist already knows how those who move things are, that is why they were NOT responsible ... There is no place to park, the space is small and they do not have air conditioning ... POOR PACKAGE SERVICE ....

Pésimo servicio, no abren puntual, necesitaba un poquito de cinta y no me lo proporcionaron, no hay servicio al cliente, todo de mala gana. Pésimo no volveria.
Terrible service, they don't open on time, I needed a little tape and they didn't provide it, there is no customer service, all reluctantly. Terrible would not return.

Mal servicio, tardan para la atención y en vez de darte una solución te dicen que levantes una queja, te vas a bodega y tienes que esperar más de 20 min bajo el sol.
Bad service, they take time to attend and instead of giving you a solution they tell you to file a complaint, you go to the warehouse and you have to wait more than 20 minutes under the sun.

En este establecimiento el personal que atiende dan muy mala atención, me ha tocado en más de dos ocasiones escuchar y ser tratado mal, cómo si nos hicieran favor de enviar nuestros paquetes, no lo recomiendo

No es un servicio muy bueno, etiquetaron mis paquetes como difícil acceso y mis paquetes no llegaron a mi domicilio, tuve que ir a las oficinas y a bodega ( que por cierto muy mala la técnica de la llamada y te hacen esperar 15 minutos para que salgan a entregar tu paquete). A mi esposo le han llegado otros paquetes directamente a mi domicilio sin ningún problema. No entiendo porque ahora salen con " difícil acceso"
It is not a very good service, they labeled my packages as difficult to access and my packages did not arrive at my address, I had to go to the offices and to the warehouse (which by the way is a very bad call technique and they make you wait 15 minutes for them to come out to deliver your package). My husband has received other packages directly to my home without any problem. I don't understand why now they come out with "difficult access"
