Pésimo servicio. Jamás contrato envíos con Estafeta. They did not want to deliver a package (May 6) to the office because it came with home delivery. They delivered at home until May 11 IT WAS A GIFT FOR MOM. Terrible service. I never contract shipments with Estafeta.

Lleve el paquete abierto , me dijo de una manera muy déspota, "hay te encargo la caja sellada" y le conteste que en el pasado me habian dicho ahi mismo que teniamos que tener los paquetes abiertos para asi checar sus contenidos. Me respondio que ahi no fue, que no pudieron decirme eso ahí en estafeta. Que Estafeta y Que mercado libre no requieren eso. Se puso a discutir al tu por tu conmigo. No tiene servicio al cliente.
