★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sería mejor, que pudieran tener traspaso de paqueteria a la otra sucursal, ya que si es muy molesto que no sepas a dónde va a llegar tu paquete. Porque el rastreo también es malo

Solamente quería mandar un medallón de roca volcánica a California y me dijeron que era bajo mi responsabilidad, si lo quitaban en la aduana ellos no se harían responsables. Además el envío me costaba 1420 y el medallón me costó una tercera parte de lo que salía enviarlo. Además pregunté por una guía prepagada para recibir desde otro estado y ni siquiera sabía que eso se podía. Muy decepcionada del servicio.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para entregarte el paquete te preguntan si viene en caja bolsa o en que, como puedo saber yo como empaca la empresa mis productos y a parte quieren saber que es. Eso es grosero. Y se tardan muchísimo en encontrar el paquete hasta 1 hora he estado ahí. Y los repartidores siempre dicen que pasan a tu domicilio y no es cierto y se deslindar y ya tienes que ir tu a recogerlo.
To deliver the package they ask you if it comes in a bag or in what, how can I know how the company packs my products and also they want to know what it is. That is rude. And they take a long time to find the package up to 1 hour I have been there. And the delivery men always say that they come to your home and it is not true and they will demarcate and you have to go to pick it up.
