★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan en contestar, no te saben dar respuestas, dan extensiones para que no te contesten, no entregan en los días convenidos y de pilón hay que ir por tu paquete personalmente. Mejoren su atención al cliente porfavor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les daría menos de una estrella pero no se puede poner -5, en lo particular, está sucursal, tiene servicio muy malo, no hay una persona definida en recepción y el que atiende es el mismo guardia de seguridad, además a la distancia de ven trabajadores platicando y fumando, (no digo q este mal) pero al menos qesen pendientes del teléfono ya no contestan y el guarida tiene que dejar su lugar para el mismo ir a ver el estado de tu paquete, en cuanto a la logística, nunca dan con los domicilios, deberían de revisar su sistema para que puedan imprimir más campos en la referencia y no se excusen en decir que falta información, además de tener que ir uno mismo por su paquete, tardan horas en entregarlo! Muy mal servicio!!
