★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención del Señor, niega el servicio, atiende de mala gana, escanea los paquetes cuando quiere, te da largas. No sé cómo contratan gente que no le apasiona o mínimo que se sienta agusto en su trabajo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, la persona encargada de ese lugar es muy grosero, tuerce la boca, déspota, te atiende como si te estuviera haciendo un favor a pesar de que tu estas pagando por el servicio. He ido como 10 veces a ese lugar y siempre que voy es una historia diferente, no ha habido día que no tenga una mala experiencia con él. Voy a ese lugar por la cercanía, pero si tengo oportunidad de ir a otra sucursal lo hago. Evítense malas experiencias.
Terrible service, the person in charge of that place is very rude, twists his mouth, despot, he treats you as if he were doing you a favor even though you are paying for the service. I've been to that place about 10 times and every time I go it's a different story, there hasn't been a day that I don't have a bad experience with it. I go to that place because of its proximity, but if I have the chance to go to another branch, I do. Avoid bad experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su atención al cliente es tan nefasto, deberían capacitar a su personal para una buena atención. Si no les gusta su trabajo que renuncien. Y dejen a en su lugar a personas que realmente den una atención de calidad. El personal te mira de una menera despectiva y no te apoya.
Their customer service is so disastrous, they should train their staff to provide good service. If they don't like their job, they can quit. And leave people who really give quality care in their place. The staff looks at you in a derogatory way and is not supportive.

He ido a otras sucursales y todo muy bien pero en esta el señor David Herrera, es grosero , cotiza y cobra lo que el quiere , tengan cuidado porque no cuentan con cámaras y seguramente todo lo cotiza a su conveniencia, nefasto el servicio, 0 recordable , mi paquete llego dañado y muchos días después de lo que tendría que llegar porque no escaneo mi paquete el día en que lo lleve, lo escaneo cuando quiso ?? pareciera que vas a pedirle un favor, o regalado, recuerde que es su trabajo!

Excelente Atención ,,Precio Accesible ,,me da Seguridad de que el Envío se hará en Tiempo y Forma tal cuál lo indican...Llevar Cubrebocas, adentro hay gel,,para entrar Respetar la Sana distancia...Buena Ubicación...ahí venden cajas de varios tamaños y folders adecuados para Enviar documentos..!!! ???
