I had always been able to count on a courier for my orders. But they have stayed with my orders lately that it is no longer safe for me.

I highly congratulate the excellent service provided today by Mr. Carlos García de Estafeta. His attitude was the best I've ever had, his kindness and good service is a guarantee to recommend this establishment.

They charged me a very expensive shipment for delivery the next day and it arrived a week later.

Horrible service and lousy attention, I have been waiting 13 days for a package which they never notified me that when they arrived at my home, they never gave me a phone number to call them, everything is through 800 and they do not give a solution to anything, the employees in total negative with a terrible attitude and in the 800 according to there they have my package and it is not like that I have been visiting every branch and one was a vacant lot, terrible service never hire this company nobody gives you a face for your things and on top of that they tell you that if you do not pick it up in the house of the devil they will give you up for lost and it will go to the garbage.

The service in general of the company is really very very bad! I had to wait more than 1 month for a package that should have arrived in a week and all this after having made 5 reports, still one day before the order was delivered they called me to ask for the data for the 6th time because according to what they did not have! ??? For my part, I would never use this service again, preferable to pay more with another company but that your shipment is totally safe and on time!

Terrible service has thieving employees inside the distribution center in Playa del Carmen, they stole a cell phone that was sent to me by this parcel (NEVER LEFT THE CENTER) at first they told me it was a delay after two weeks of calling and calling customer service They told me that they did not have a "response from the center" I had to go personally to get an answer, it turns out that they do not have a manager, the service center was confirmed by an employee (attached the screenshot of the conversation), and an auditor who was Right there when I went, he told me that there were many thefts of packages in that center.
