★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Señores de Estafeta más seriedad por favor, no es posible que esté siempre cerrado, es muy molesto tener que regresar una y otra y otra vez hasta tener la gran suerte de encontrar abierto el lugar.
Por lo menos pongan ahí afuera el horario en que se puede encontrar abierto para no tener que dar tantas vueltas, o definitivamente cierren el lugar y no nos hagan perder el tiempo usando su servicio
Lords of Estafeta more serious please, it is not possible that it is always closed, it is very annoying to have to return again and again and again until you have the good fortune of finding the place open.
At least put out there the schedule that can be found open so you do not have to go around so much, or definitely close the place and do not waste your time using your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio al cliente .. fui a recoger mi paquete y me dice la señora que todavía no llega y me parece que ya está ahí después de insistir lo busca y si lo tenía ahí solamente no tiene ganas de trabajar muy mal servicio.
Bad customer service ... I went to pick up my package and the lady tells me that it still hasn't arrived and it seems to me that it is already there after insisting she looks for it and if she had it there she just doesn't feel like working very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre esta cerrado y no tiene horario exacto en el que puedas encontrar abierto, tienes que estar adivinando. Telefono no esta disponible y otro más que aparece en internet no contestan. Tiene un horario pegado en la puerta de atención pero nunca cumple con dicho horario... si pueden usar otra paqueteria mejor, como Fedex o DHL.
It is always closed and does not have exact schedule in which you can find open, you have to be guessing. Telephone is not available and another one that appears on the internet does not answer. It has a schedule attached to the door of attention but never meets that schedule ... if they can use another better package, such as Fedex or DHL.
